Bioharmonic Technologies ships our products from our private product warehouse in San Diego. We are shipping a large package, please plan accordingly.
The VIBE 3.1 shipping box dimensions are 47x32x22 inches and the box weighs 96 pounds.
The VIBE 3.2 shipping box dimensions are 45x32x15 inches and the box weighs 46 pounds.
You will see real time shipping calculated depending upon your region for each of our units from our product warehouse in San Diego anywhere in the contingent United States.
Shipping internationally is calculated on a case by case basis and charges separately. We will not ship until we collect payment.

Returns
Bioharmonic Technologies has a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund. Shipping cost are not eligible for return.
Simply keep the original box and follow the instructions below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If the item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. OR any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If there is mechanical issue with the product or the product arrives damaged please contact us within 48hrs of discovering the defect to resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process from date issued.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
